Parts of speech.

Good analysis José Luis. It is always useful to determine which verbs are main verbs and which are modal or auxiliary verbs, especially when you have the verb 'to be' as a main verb and an auxiliary verb in the same set of sentences.

So in your first sentence we have 'can't believe you are' (modal verb-main verb-pronoun-main verb) and then in the second sentence 'It has been' (pronoun-auxiliary verb-main verb).
