The story of the robbery.

It was another boring sunday evening. A couple was walking down a street in the centre of the city. They had spent almost all the day looking for a present for their little son. Finally, thank god! They stopped in front of a window shop and found what they had been really looking for.
Both very exited went in the shop and bought the so wished present. The couple came out of the shop and decided go home. But that "boring" sunday evening had prepared something for them that they didn't know yet.

As soon as they started their way home. A strange woman began to follow them very carefully, when suddenly in a damn fast move she stole something from the woman's bag and started to run.

A man who saw all what had happened, shouted and told the woman that she had been robbed.
So the couple inmediately without thinking about it started to chasing the robber. Luckily, a police man was on the way, so he joined the couple in their mission to catch the criminal.

The thief woman was really fast and it seemed that she was a very professional because she could manage the situation and was about to escape and complete her crime.
what she wouldn't expect was that for her bad luck an unexpected character was waiting for her on the next corner. An old lady who could not have seemed more inoffensive gave the robber a quick karate chop and left her lying unconscious on the floor.

Finally the evil woman was arrested and the old lady gave the couple back the stolen purse. The couple was very pleased with the old heroine and they invited her to their's son birthday party.

Another happy ending.

Phrases, phrases, phrases.

Hi Thom!

It wasn't too bad I think.

The score I had in prepositional phrases was 80 out of 100
and in verbs phrases 18 correct out of 20.

I couldn't see the page for genitives phrases, so I missed that exercise.
bad for me :(
